Does RISER act as a broker or represent any asset?
It represents clients, not assets. The assignment can be consulting for an industrial park, development as operator or partner, or industrial and office occupier representation in Mexico.
Which geographies do you cover?
Mainly Mexico: Mexico City, industrial corridors in the State of Mexico, Bajío and Monterrey. Also wherever the client already has an active assignment.
Which languages do you deliver in?
The site is in Spanish, English and French. The language of each deliverable is agreed per project.
How quickly do you reply?
It depends on scope. A short study and a multi-week assignment are both quoted with a calendar from the brief.
Can you support committee or negotiation afterwards?
Yes, as an extension of the same assignment: presentation, prepared questions, and help reading counteroffers.
