How we work
From brief to approval session: criteria agreed up front, documents you can trace, and a closing meeting.
Process
Five stages of each assignment
01
Brief and framing
We agree the objective, constraints, timing, who decides, and in what format it is delivered.
02
Research
Market, supply, interviews, walkthroughs and papers, according to what the assignment requires.
03
Analysis
Comps, scoring, scenarios, and a cross-check against the criteria we already agreed.
04
Delivery
Report, presentation or RFP, with a narrative you can present and supporting annexes.
05
Follow-up
Review session, minor adjustments and, if needed, support in committee or in the negotiation.
